I've been listening this morning to Dave Roever talk about his time in the military, the terrible physical loss he survived, and the highly amusing way he told it all. He is a true hero, just one among many heros who go to fight wars to keep our country free. Don't ever take that freedom for granted, and don't think for a minute that threats to it all come from foreign lands. We have people right here, some in positions of authority, who are determined to do away with our freedoms and turn us into a socialist state. I've lived in socialist states, and it's not pleasant. Don't let it happen here!
